This site has uncovered 3 rape victims with the same story regarding EF Tours. It has been sadly learned that the Norton-Spain-Rape-Case is not an isolated incident for American students traveling overseas via EF Tours. Another American high school rape victim was asked by the same travel company to board an airplane back to the USA without any medical treatment or police reports! 

 PROCLAMATION:

Let it be known that now a third rape victim has stepped forward to this site to state the appalling treatment that they also received from EF Tours.  What is so significant about this third rape victim's story is now this site has uncovered a 15 year repeated pattern by EF of not caring for rape victims in their time need. This newly uncovered rape goes back to Italy 1995. So let the record show that for 15 years, EF Tours has not embraced corporate responsibility. For 15 years, EF Tours has not learned from its mistakes. EF Tours continues to claim "safety first" to American students to travel abroad with their firm and yet these 3 rape victims have proclaimed the exact opposite story.

Let it also be known that these rape victims are joining forces to inform the traveling public of this colossal unethical problem for this company that continually beacons American high school and college students. These three rape stories clearly document that to EF Tours; these rape victims were just faceless numbers in their drive to make more profits.

How will these rape victims join forces and successfully inform the traveling public? In a word, "radio" - "talk radio" to be more specific.  As a general rule, rape victims do not appear on network television or cable for obvious reasons.  However, radio along with the Internet will be the portals for getting their dire warning message across to the uninformed public.  It is believed that these examples are just the tip of the iceberg on the problems many American students are facing while traveling aboard for educational studies. This insaneness must stop!

Therefore, this web site is warning all American high school and college students as well as teachers/professors about the possible dangers and horrors of foreign travel and studying aboard. These well published cultural and embedded foreign languages trips can end in disaster without law reform. Consequently, American parents should postpone all foreign traveling by students until law reform is passed in the EU. Money talks - so let us all postpone these trips until our youth are treated with dignity.

  This web site will provide the facts and the truth to the public and media about this case. The case involves the raping of an unconscious 17 year old American high school student by a fellow student while on a cultural Spanish language trip in Spain. This site details the rape victim's fight to get basic medical attention, a phone to her parents, and to get police assistance against the wishes of many in charge on this trip. 

The victim's original fight was against the rapist of course but immediately that followed with an unforeseen battle with the trip's chaperones and a well-known international travel company (EF Tours) for basic human rights for any rape victim.

Upon the victim's return to public school in Norton, Massachusetts; the victim's fight was widen to fighting harassment and bullying by a Norton High School teacher/chaperone and sadly fellow Norton students.  The bullying of rape victims should never occur in any Massachusetts schools or any school system for that matter.  

One newspaper man said off-the-record, "we all know the truth but we just can't print it". In that light, let it be known that the Norton Spain rape victim always told the truth. The male rapist and his biased supporters were found in many documented lies both in and out of the court room. Perjury is a way of life in our court systems now. Reform is greatly needed.  So here are just a few of the shocking discrepancies in this legal scandal that should outrage all females and educators:

 

Inconvenient Fact # 1 for the Defense: The predator lied under oath about completing the physical act against DNA evidence - he never expected the victim to return to Spain to discover DNA evidence stored in a crime lab.  Neither the Spanish Court (criminal case) nor the American Court (restraining order civil case) acted against the accused on this clear discrepancy and many other discrepancies. Why?  The public should know that Mr. William H. McGrath was never charged with perjury in the liberal Massachusetts courts. Believe it or not, an accused man can NOT get into any legal trouble for lying on the stand in a rape case in Spain!!!!

Inconvenient Fact # 2 for the Defense: Ex-prosecutor Wendy Murphy, when drilling the accused on the stand in Taunton Superior Court (Massachusetts), pointed out for everyone in the courtroom that the accused told two completely contradictory versions of his story to a judge in Spain verses his sworn account in the American courtroom. 

Inconvenient Fact # 3 for the Defense: After DNA evidence was discovered, the victim and her family were offered an illegal payout offer to drop both the criminal and civil cases. If the opposition was so certain of the man's innocents then why take such a risk to make such an offer to "make it all go away"? (An attorney for the defense told both the Boston Globe and the PBS 'Greater Boston' TV show that no offer for any type of settlement ever occurred. As we all know, one can not offer money to settle a criminal case.)

 

Inconvenient Fact # 4 for the Defense:  A Spanish doctor, with 25-years of experiences, informed the victim's father that never in her long career dealing with the courts had she ever experienced any Spanish court documents being censored or withheld from her viewing except in the Norton-Spain Rape Case. Bizarrely, the criminal case in Spain was dropped out of the blue but not on evidential grounds.

Dear reader: please simply put 2 and 2 together to understand this outrageous scandal against all women.
